  i been with this cemetery/ mortuary for long time now, my 2 sister in law and my parents are buried there. I've always had problems with maintenance, every time i go and visit them everything is dirty dry grass, etc. never the less i have been putting up with it. also the staff members are not welcoming at all only when you are purchasing the space and going for the first time they treat you okay. what topped this whole situation, i recently had a loss and its been a pain to even coordinate everything. i walked in there with my hart broken, and what do they do as soon as i informed them why was i there ..... they responded to me you still have a balance. unfortunately i am so sad and heartbroken and cant seem to remember where my original paperwork was . they charged me everything that i had already paid for. i asked for a print out of my original perches and they were making 101 excuses for them not to print it. staff there has no compaction they don't care about our pain and suffering for our loss and they just want the money. i am requiring services that i have paid for and they still want me to coordinate everything. i am very upset that this place instead of making things easier for me and my family. i hope this review prevents other people from getting a bad experience at this place when you are suffering with a loss.

  The only reason they even get a star is because of convenience of being so close to our house other than that, they are extremely over priced, their customer service is horrible and dont have any simpathy for you at all. This is the last place id want my body to rest when I pass.

  I come here like once a month to visit my grandpa and my grandmother I miss them both I know from heaven they're keeping an eye on us and I also come to visit my cousin's son Chris it's also very here may they all rest in peace

  Somebody stole my daughters flowers here at this cemetery. We put it Saturday September 3, 2016. I mean, come on. Be respectful to the dead. Security here is 0. They left here a bunch of garbage too aside from just taking her flower. My wife is very emotional about this and she is very upset. I called the phone number for San Fernando Mission and they have the answering service today. Understandable, but I requested them to take a message and give me a call as possible and the guy at the answering service said ok but it might not be tomorrow.

  During a very difficult time I was treated in the most professional manner by everyone at the mortuary and cemetery. I had many questions and each was answered; even when I called days later. I appreciate each and every person that directly worked with me and my family.
