I visited the St. Brendan church office to ask if I could get holy water this afternoon. When I rang the parish office bell, someone came out and told me "We don't sell holy water."
When I heard that from her, I was speechless; I never expected that kind of attitude from someone who works in the office of a Catholic Church.
I didn't go to there "to buy holy water."
Shouldn't they ask me whether I am Catholic, whether I know what to use it for, etc.?Added February 09, 2017 by jae kim - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★
This report is based on what Kira Feratz said since this won't let me respond to her idiotic review. Just cause a mass shooting occurred and wasn't responded didn't mean it was because of LBQT community or anything like that. It based on what that current reading was. Also, a petition of prayer was done for them at the 9:30 mass. I understand it's a tragedy but then you make the assumption that it was because of their lifestyle? If that's the case, they should have prayed for every bad thing that happens in this world. I might as well get upset since they didn't pray for the gorilla that got shot at the zoo.
