  • I read the review from savannah56 and felt compelled to write about our church, St Paul’s UMC. I have been a member for 4 years, and truly love the members of my church. I have been growing spiritually through the sermons presented by my pastor. For about the last 8 months, I have been serving by greeting everyone that enters for service with lots of love and enthusiasm for our Lord. I also usher and help to take care of the sanctuary. I think that if you would like to know more, then come worship with us and see for yourself that we are a great church in our community with loving and caring folks that attend our church. Thank you for reading this review and hope to see you at St Paul’s (Sunday’s 10am). Your brother in Christ, Eddie Mihlhauser.

  • The woman who is slandering our church is just mad because she depleted all the good samaratin funds from our church, and more, and we can't afford to support her anymore. She refuses to get a job, and after giving her thousnads of dollars, we have no money left to give to her. I have belonged to this wonderful church for 50+ years. This excellent, loving church does not deserve to be lied about in this way. We are a loving, supportive welcoming congregation, and I invite you to visit and judge for yourself. PLEASE do not take the work of a disgruntled, misguided soul. Lisa N. Cappleman

  • I, like Lisa, have been a member of St. Paul's for over 50 years and feel it is my home. The people are friendly, kind, and giving of their time, talents, and funds. We gave total support both financially and spiritually to Savannah for three years and this is how she returns the favor to us. We tried to help her find work but nothing was good enough for her and when she did take a position, it didn't last long due to her "better than thou attitude". Come and find out for yourself, on any given Sunday morning at 10 AM, what a friendly and spiritual congregation St. Paul's United Methodist Church of Tarzana really is. Please do not believe the slander presented against our church. Thanks, Ginny

  • I was a member of jSt. Pauls since I was a teenager (I am now in my 60s), I was away for a few years and my life was changed drastically. I came home to St. Pauls because I felt the urge to return where I knew that I would be healed both emotionally and spiritually. The people who make up the congreation are warm loving christians. From the moment you enter the church you are made to feel welcome, it does not matter if you are rich or poor you will be cared for and made to feel at home. Linda McCabe
